Review 1：Child bed not ready upon arrival, toilet roll not restocked so had to go to reception to ask, room not cleaned one day and had no clean towels so again had to go to reception, did not feel particularly like a paying customer, would have liked to discuss upon check out but was not asked how our stay was, room very hot despite window open 100% time and cool outside. Much preferred Hotel Brugger Garni year previously
