Review 1：Fabulous hotel! Location perfect, 2 mins walk to Altstadt and city centre. Underground parkhaus opposite hotel.....very easy. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly...particularly Nagihan who fabulously arranged for us to stay another night, even though they were seemingly fully booked! Brilliant! Rooms were fresh, immaculate, well serviced with amazingly comfortable beds! High tech shower and coffee machine too. On busy street, but well insulated, so little noise. We will return......thank you :)

Review 2：Noise, noise and noise. This hotel has the worst sound-proofing of any I have experienced. It is located on a busy road and I had a room on 2nd floor facing the road. The double glazing reduced the road noise to a just about acceptable level to allow sleep. However, the internal sound-proofing seemed non-existent. At 1 a.m. I was woken by the sound of a couple enjoying themselves in a room somewhere upstairs but not directly above me. Then at 2 a.m. I was woken again by music from a room 20 metres away, around a corner on the other side of the building. It was so loud that I had to get up and go hammer on their door to ask them to turn it down. No staff in the building seemed aware (not sure where they stay - it is key card entry at the front door after 10, with no receptionist), but the reception guy was apologetic in the morning and noted the number of the noisy room. No breakfast facility at the hotel, but the receptionist directed me to a bakery/café with good breakfasts a 2 minute walk away. IF there are no noisy guests and you have a room at the back, away from the road, it could be quite a nice and convenient place to stay, but I will not chance a stay again.

Review 3：Friendly guy on reception. Spoke little English, and I speak little German, but we communicated in good humour. Comfortable bed, nice en suite shower room, clean. Convenient 5 minute walk from Hbf. Acceptable bar/restaurant right next door (called "3 Monkeys").

Review 4：No lift yet but nice young man did all the work. The shower was a great mystery. So modern I couldnt work it out. If I had been able to we could have had inbuilt radio. The controls needed labels.

Review 5：Wonderful receptionist. It doesnt have a restaurant but there are 2 good ones either side. Really modern room- almost too sophisticated for us.

Review 6：Great staff, clean and cosy room, incredibly nice bathroom for this price! Location unbeatable (150mt. away from the railway station). No breakfast provided but there is a huge Bäckerei a few meters away.
