Review 1：I can't really say nothing about the hotel since it was closed when I arrived and only a handwriten paper addressed me to another hotel - a printed version in larger fonts would have been apreciated. I finded out thta the hotel was since many days closed, but I was not contacted by the hotel to notify me the situation or asking me whether I acceped the other accomodation.

Review 2：The back up hotel was good, but difficult to parck being on the island.

Review 3：the decor is old , the wifi signal in our room was not very strong, The distance from Lindau was longer than expected on the map but still perfectly acceptable

Review 4：The hotel was clean , the staff were very helpful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We missed the breakfast as we left early but the staff on duty offered us tea/coffee and croissants to make sure we had eaten something small before setting off.

Review 5：Spiders and spider webs galore. I wanted a single room, but got a double room. This wouldn't be an issue if I didn't end up paying 3€ more than expected, and being charged upon arrival without being told so I looked like a fool when I wanted to pay as I was leaving, with cash instead of a creditcard. Speaking English better than German seemed to validate them being more rude to me as well.

Review 6：Visited in the summertime. One must not open windows (there even was a sign) because at night there were spiders all over it, presumably living off of the mosquito swarms. There was some sort of ventilation but it was still quite hot at night with the windows closed...

Review 16：Location was convenient for an event we were attending. Restaurant was convenient for an evening meal before the event we were going to. Breakfast was good, with a range to choose from. Clean room, decent size and quiet enough with the windows closed, despite overlooking a roundabout.

Review 18：Yes, this hotel is at a busy road junction, but the noise was no problem. It's just a 20 minute stroll to the island. Our room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good.

Review 19：Food in hotel restaurant was OK but not exceptional. Rooms were very old fashioned. Drain in the shower didn't work very well - pool of water up to my ankles after a shower. Bathroom was all beige/brown and slightly depressing. Could do with a bit of a revamp. We had a double bed but with two single quilts which isn't ideal. Price was exceptionally high for this type of hotel, but I assume they increase the prices for periods where there are big events in Friedrichshafen Messe for trade shows.

Review 20：The room was pretty big. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, nice variety of food. Wifi connection was good. Location good, next to a shopping centre and 20 minute walk to the centre of Lindau, where there is a good selection of restaurants.

Review 21：I did not realize early enough that the check in was at 3pm. This is quite late, given that the check out is at 11am. So you pay a hotel room per night that is ultimately far less than 24 hours.

Review 22：Super helpful staff with very good English. Wifi was very fast. Food in hotel restaurant was delicious and good value. Room was comfortable. Hotel is right beside a shopping centre and a short bus ride to the train station and lindau island/ main tourist hub. Buses go every half hour and are easy to navigate.

Review 54：The room is noisy - you hear the main street circulation starting earlyin the morning. Some parts of the room have low ceiling, so I banged myhead several times. The cleaning lady was probably pressed to finishearlier, so she kept nagging me to vacance the room (before thecheckout time).

Review 60：Coming there on 01.01 is a bit of a risk - there was no-one in the reception already at 14:00 (the earliest check-in time) and hadn't I came earlier and met, by absolute chance, some staff, I wouild have been left there in the cold without the key. They also forgot to turn the corridor lights on, but thanks to the emergency lighting I did not have to use a torch.
