Review 1：For a very nice price perfect weekend trip! Good location, service quality high, very very nice and delicious breakfast, saunas, outdoor and indoor pool, mullivan included in price! Massages and other extra service for good prices! Thank's to Johan Design & Spa for so nice holidays!

Review 2：Spider nets on ceiling, one blanket cover was dirty, both pillow covers inside out, cold floor in toilet, shower didn't came straight down dispite that it came more like on one wall. None of my recommend things were in the room. Have been there before and it was better but now I feel that I never want to go back there.

Review 8：No double beds, two single beds instead. Bed too soft. Not the cleanest bathroom for 4* hotel. No drinking water available. You can get water for extra price or go to shop yourself. SPA slippers not included, you can get them for extra 2€ payment. Balcony in room 305 is accesible for everyone from 3rd floor. Basically everyone can look into your room and knock on your window. Cold procedure rooms in SPA procedure zone.

Review 10：Uncomfortable bed - instead of double bed there were 2 twin beds put just next to each other. Very small pillows. Loud music outside around pool area from early morning till late evening. We could not open windows.

Review 17：We stayed for 4 nights and the towels was changed only once and not all of us. There was no place you can dry your towels, swimmwear etc.

Review 21：I liked the location the most. It was off of the main road, so it was very quiet and felt somewhat secluded. The breakfast selection was good and so were the spa options.

Review 22：We had a misunderstanding with our reservation and the manager of the hotel called to me. I've never before interacted with someone, who absolutely doesn't listen to the client, she didn't let me to say anything, the whole talk was quite rude and she even told, at that time of the year they are more interested in russian tourists, not local. So I ended the phone call with her and called directly to booking.com and their staff was very nice and confirmed me, that everything was OK with my booking and while I was talking with them, the hotel manager tried to call me back 3-4 times(in three minutes)and when I finally answered, she apologized and told me it was their misunderstanding, not mine. So in case, you have everything OK with your booking, it is a good place to stay, but if you have to change something with your booking, be ready to communicate with a very incompetent hotel manager.

Review 26：No heating system in the bathrooms, so our towels always remained wet.You also need to take your room towels to the sauna area.We had some problems with SPA procedures, so they suggested some alternatives. Also, it was a bit hard to find the hotel with the car as there were all the time red sings forbidding to enter the streets, because the hotel parking place is in the inner yard.

Review 27：Be aware that hotel has two building, the old one is called Johan spahotel, the new one is called Johan design and spa hotel. The newbuilding has an interesting designs, some walls or ceilling seems likeunfinished cause you see the beton, but I assume that's why thehotel name is "DESIGN" :) The rooms were fine, newly andstylish. The indorr and outdoor pools were fine, there are also 3 typesof saunas - rather small but ok.

Review 32：We stayed for 2 days and one 2nd day the room was not cleaned (only the bed was made and new towels brought). The staff is occasionaly missing and ir took almost 10 minutes to check in, 10 minutes to order a drink at the bar etc just because the staff was not there. Travelling with a small child includes necessity for a baby bed. The one offered by the hotel was of poor quality and costed 15 eur per night. The lockers in spa dressing room has no meaning and the keys either are not there or can be used for almost all lockers. The room has no air conditioner , therefore it is quite warm during the night (we travelled in July). Still these are small details.
