Review 1：The curtains in the room let so much light go through that even during the night, it's not completely dark. The double bed are in fact two beds next to each other. If you like to sleep close to your partner, one of the two would have to fall in between the two beds. :-( There is no dry fruits or nuts in the spa area. The staff was very nice to bring us something to bite but some finger food is a standard in such spas, and would be appreciated.

Review 5：The only issue i have experienced during our family stay this summer was outrageous behavior of the guests came from Middle East. It was a family (or families) consisting of men and boys who were coming to the pool in outdoor shoes, shouting, playing ball and jumping at the SPA quiet area. They use to behave so badly, that all other quests were forced to go out of the pool and Jacuzzi until these people are gone. Unfortunately they were always ignoring kind requests to calm down both from hotel personal and other guests.

Review 8：Our stay at the Hotel Bachmair Weissach was terrific! My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our choice for our family vacation. Firstly, the staff was completely professional and helpful, and they were so thoughtful to give my 5-year old son a Bachmair Weissach teddy bear! The property itself is absolutely stunning with beautiful views of the mountains and the rushing river through the grounds. The amenities are wonderful with a playroom for kids, free wifi, pool, fabulous breakfast--all included. Our room was really comfortable, and it was so nice to have all the drinks in the minibar also included in the room rate.

Review 9：For the amount of money we paid we expected a nicer view, a bath and the possibility to book a massage. However, the masseuse was fully booked. Also the internet was down which was a bit annoying, especially for my friend who had a lot of work to do as well.

Tea and coffee provided in room which is fairly unusual in Europe and welcome. Parking free and straightforward, even with bikes on roof , cycling paths all around and or light traffic.

Review 36：The place is secluded in a lovely peaceful oasis. The view of mountains from the balcony is so picturesque and tranquil and the birds singing are just therapy from the big city life. The service is impeccable from Reception to housekeeping attendants. It is a nice touch to offer a refreshing glass of prosecco upon check in and a bottle of water on your way home. Very well maintained property, clean and stylish. Much more beautiful in a real life then on pictures. Just 3 minutes drive from the lake. The distance is also great to walk through.

Review 37：The restaurants in the hotel are very popular (a good sign, i guess) so you need to reserve a table if you want to eat in a specific restaurant at the weekend.

Review 38：Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. The good experience started upon arrival when we were offered a glass of Prosecco at the bar. The main areas of the hotel are stylish and cosy and the rooms are well arranged and well styled.

Review 39：We didn't like that the check-in was only in the afternoon, so we arrived at 11 and had to wait till 15.30. The lady from the reception was bit unfriendly when rejected our check-in. In the evening in the restaurant usually you have to wait long for the food to come, but its good and nice personnel.

Review 43：We have stayed over the Christmas and I must say it was nicely organised, we got small Christmas cookies to the room, small nice present on the 24th from the management, dinner was very good. Rooms were clean, spa was huge and empty. Hotel even organised for each day a program so we have enjoyed with nice people curling. I recommend this hotel and thank you to the management for our Christmas.
