Review 1：There was a party going on next door and the noise did go on a little late, which wasn't the hotels fault.

Review 2：Bobbi is fantastic and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. A really nice genuine chap.

Review 3：Entrance of hotel not staffed. You need to exit the building, walk around the whole building and enter the restaurant on the far side of the building to see staff. Not ideal. No internet reception in the room...it worked in the hallway but only very slowly - too slow for some apps on my phone...they simply could not be started. Only a tiny sachet of shower gel. Was not replaced after the first night by house keeping.

Review 6：Friendly and helpful staff. Opportunity to have an evening meal there which was very pleasant and good value, especially as the weather was very wet for us. Good buffet breakfast. Very modern room and bathroom in adjoining building, with excellent shower. Free parking in private area next to hotel. Useful supermarket opposite. Ten minute walk to the centre of town, easy walking. Would be happy to stay here again.

Review 7：Arrived in Bielefeld late afternoon only to find that Restaurant Entrada was all locked up and nobody to be seen. However called the number displayed on the door and sure enough the owner, Bobby arrived within 5 minutes. Great spacious well appointed room. Spotlessly clean. Brand new, nice fluffy towels. Bobby was a great host, so obliging and friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant on the last night which we thoroughly enjoyed. Both my husband and I had the Entrecôte which was cooked to perfection. Both the accommodation and the restaurant was very good value.

Review 8：Difficult in finding hotel from station - better map would be helpful and for information bureau to have details. Exterior decoration could be improved to enhance overall impression -kettle in room would be nice.

No kettle in the room and if you needbreakfast u have to order the night before otherwise the resturant willbe closed until 3pm The food was very good but it would be much easierif we have a menu in English. Everything in German. Also for the familywith kids make sure you clarify the price as it state that all childrenare welcome but then they asked us to pay however after showing theoriginal confirmation with booking.com we paid the price we booked. Soalways keep your confirmation email.

Review 21：Bobby, Steve and their family were welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were clean and modern and close to the station. We stayed when Germany won the World Cup and joined in for a meat barbecue\buffet meal whilst watching the match. The food was excellent and breakfast equally as good with a large choice. Steve makes excellent scrambled eggs and bacon and great coffee. When we wanted just a small meal of bread and cheese and nibbles in the evening Bobby went out of his way to prepare it for us. Well done to you all, we would definitely come back!
