Review 1：The hotel has no free wifi, but it does have free cabled internet. Dinner in the hotel at €50+ would have to be fine dining at its best when a good meal and drinks can be had in the nearby town centre for €10 a head.

Review 3：We arrived at the hotel at 2.40 pm(check-in was from 2.0pm) and were given our room key.When we got to the room it hadn't been cleaned.We went back to the reception desk and told the receptionist and asked when it would be available and she said she didn't,t know!! She then asked if we had colleagues in the area we could visit until the room was ready!!We told her we didn't so she reluctantly went and spoke to the cleaners and said she had given the cleaning of the room priority. We really didn't mind waiting for the room to be cleaned but the impression we got from the receptionist was that she couldn't be bothered to try to resolve the problem.There should be some checking system whereby the keys aren,t given out until the reception desk knows that the room is cleaned

Review 16：Excellent location. Excellent hardworking staff. Super bier-garden, particularly at happy-hour. balcony room overlooking the Rhine is a must. It's worth putting up with a little noise at night. Excellent evening meals and super service.
