Review 1：No WiFi and mini bar in the room-but that wasn't much of a problem.

Review 2：Very near the center and only 10 minutes on foot to the festival center. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Review 3：The annex is not the right place for a business traveller. It has no working internet (booking.com had written this but I didn't notice, but the hotel told me there was and there was not). The sink was leaking. Sound insulation was lacking. The annex requires walking on the road 2-3 minutes to go to breakfast, ok on a good day but less on a rainy one. The annex is maybe ok if you are on holiday and want to be near the lake, and in Bregenz itself... otherwise, I think there are other places with a better cost/performance value. In fact, I had been in the main hotel before and not thought much of it... unfortunately when booking this time, I got confused and thought I was going somewhere else.

Review 7：Dirty unhygienic bedrooms with moist on the walls, uncleaned bath room and dirty linens. When talking to reception owners they told they were fully booked and couldn't do anything not even clean the room.

Review 11：It was amazing place to stay for 2 nights. Close to lake and mountains. Staff is really nice, friendly and attentive. The place is running by family, so you have a feeling like you are home with a huge family. Breakfast was great - cheeses, hams and cold cuts, amazing pastry and cakes, i loved fat milk (it was served in bottles). Wifi is in lobby, actually you can check in almost until midnight. If you are arriving late, just give a call to hotel.

Review 12：It's not clear from the picture how far the Annexe is. Not really a problem unless you arrive late as we did and have to drag luggage from the main car park as the Annexe area was full.

Review 13：Easy to get to from the motorway. Quiet location towards the outskirts of Bregenz. Comfortable rooms with toiletries. Lift. "Value" rooms were in the Annexe, across the street from main building - no staff here. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking by the main building no problem. Didn't try their restaurant as arrived too late but highly recommend the Weinstube by the monastery further up the road, very atmospheric and good value. Would recommend this hotel.

Review 16：When we checked in they put us in the "guesthouse"!! which was on other side of the road, down the road from the hotel so was completely separate from the bar and restaurant and was just a block of flats. When I asked the waiter to explain what some of the dishes were in English on the german menu he so obviously could not be bothered so we ate elsewhere, and in the morning when you went for breakfast no one told you where you could sit, you had to track down the staff to ask for tea and coffee and everything was running out and they did not seem to replace it until you chased it up, even when we went for breakfast early this was still the same issue. We even had to ask for spoons and bowls, not very well run restaurant at all, would definitely not be returning especially for the price of the hotel I would have expected much better service and facilities.

Review 39：Noisy tourist groups shouting outside the guesthouse at 7.30am, and taking over the entire bicycle garage. OK this is not the fault of the hotel, but perhaps the tour companies could be asked to remind their tour groups that they are not the only guests in the hotel.

Review 42：- I staied in guesthouse,not main building.I Heard the main building,but there was no room. Guesthouse is about 100 m from main building.it is no convinience to go to restoraunt or bar.All complex is not in the city.It is possible to go to city quckly,but before 7 P.M. (there are no buses after,taxi is about 10euro).- guesthouse is after repaiment,but it is very simple and budget - it was very cold and loudly in the room,bad smell in the room -in the bathroom there is no glassdoor.water after washin was in the ground -wifi just in the ground floor

Review 55：The bus connection is very poor...only until 19:00 hours and only one bus go there. That means: guests without car must return to the hotel before 19:00. Another point: the phone sets has no intercom connection. For any emergency or room to room call, there are no facilities. The rooms are around 300 meters away from the reception. On a rainy day it is difficult to reach to the reception building which is on the other side of a major road.

Review 57：Service was a bit slow, but they only had one person working at the front of the hotel. Our family room was in a different building, on the top floor. There was an elevator and the actual room was great! A separate bedroom for the children, plenty of space and a nice bathtub and shower.
