Review 1：terrible experience because they forgot to give me the alarm call which I requested. Completely ruined my days plans . I had to demand that they pay for a taxi to the train as I could no longer take the bus as I had intended. Staff not pleased and clearly did not appreciate that the alarm call is important.

Review 3：Cleaner tried to access room at 8.15 without knocking or calling. They should consider that people might want to sleep in when they on holidays. Also they should be aware of the fact that I had time to check out until 11 am and therefore no need to come in that early.

Review 28：Guy at front counter was rude. Room was 26 degrees.. Way too hot with no air con.. A fan was delivered to 1 of 2 rooms we booked.. The others had to sweat it out. 1 of the rooms smelt bad and had holes in the bed linen! Location was poor especially for the price.

Review 32：The style of the hotel is rather old. There was some dust on thefurniture when I arrived. The internet connection is problematic. On thewebsite it says it's 8 euro/h, but in fact they use Telekomhotspots and only one person can be online at one moment. So wheneveryou connect you kick someone else out and viceversa. It's rather farfrom the city center (about 20 minutes by bus) and there is only one bus(62) that goes about twice per hour. On the other hand, if you'reonly passing by, it's a good thing that it's close to thehighway. The rooms are not too sound proof. If you have a room which ison the same side with the main entrance in the hotel (as I did), in themorning starting from 6 you can hear all the cars and taxis coming andleaving and a lot of talking...

Review 33：The staff is friendly and almost everyone at the front desk and thekitchen knew English. Breakfast is sufficient, although the displaycould be improved, in the first days you have to roam around untilyou realize where you can find everything you need. The rooms arewell equiped.

Review 34：Poor wi-fi connection, a lot of dust in the pillows and linen,disorganized for breakfast (sometimes no places, other times it tookages to get my omelet), unfriendly staff, the room was quite small, andit is far from the city center (and main station).

Review 39：Everybody was so nice, staff was helpful, breakfast was great, big pool and sauna. We didn't aspect all these things for the price we paid. We stayed there on new years eve and it wasn't a problem at all to checkout at 3pm the next day!! Great service. The rooms weren't as modern as you see often nowadays, but everythings was there and it was clean&comfortable; minibar, tv (even a tvguide), big bathroom (with bathtub) etc.
