Review 1：Rooms above the entrance are terribly loud. Avoid if possible. Beds a little bit hard. Perhaps offer customers a softer bed? Pillow top? Pillows likewise not the best and need upgrading.

Review 2：Super location close to all of the sights. Really terrific breakfast. Plentiful everything. Terrific and helpful staff. I will definitely come back. Beautiful old city. We loved the old pub right across the bridge on the right side!

Review 3：Staff at check in speak very limited English. They pretend to understand but they don't. Also my wife is allergic to dairy, and in spite of pre-notice and repeated reminding - the evening meal ended up with my wife desperately sick because of exposure to dairy. All they had to do was to say 'Sorry, we cannot guarantee that no cross-contamination will take place.' they were adamant they could cope and my wife spent the whole night in the bathroom. Not cool

Review 5：Excellent dinner. Large cosy room, with large desk with two chairs which is much better than sofa and a low table. A large bathroom and good space in the shower. We were very satisfied with our second stay at this hotel.

Review 17：There is literally absolutely nothing to dislike if you can accept thatthe hotel is new though it is built on the spot where the old Kaufhauswas, that a pyromaniac put fire on so it was completely destroyed.Electronic plastic card keys, no medieval brass keys, no cozyrestaurants furnished with uncomfortable antique chairs. Review 18：We have stayed at this hotel several times because the main house,Bergström, about 150 m from the Kaufhaus is mostly fully booked weeksahead. The Kaufhaus is an excellent place to stay at. Highlyrecommended. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. It seems youeven have to look nice in order to get a job at the hotel! Thelocation is excellent for anyone wanting to enjoy the stay inLueneburg, which has preserved its medieval flavor due to its longtime city architect Carl-Peter von Mansberg who was honored for hiswork by the European Union. Breakfast is a plenty and the food in therestaurants is very good.
