Review 1：The hotel looks worn and is not cosy at all. Very 'hospital' feeling. Furthermore there was a very bad smell in the hallway and in the room. Our room was located a few doors from the smokers room so that probably caused the smell in the hallway. Also we didn't understand why we got a room so close to the smokers room AND to the street side when we were almost the only guests. The second and third day the breakfast was served in the lobby bar instead of the restaurant and there was no toaster. When we asked for it the answer was simply that they don't have a toaster in the lobby bar. As if moving it from the restaurant is such an effort. There is definitely better value for money in Kuressaare.

Review 7：A very comfortable and clean hotel in a quiet and peaceful part of town. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Fantastic unlimited Wi-Fi access and checkout was at 12, so no rush.

Review 31：Quest who are arriving at night and are drunk (ex. Finnish guys). They disturbe the hotell quest when they are sleeping. There should be some kind of securyti guy for this.
