Review 1：Staff is exceptional for customer service and willingness to help - we stayed at this hotel twice with a week apart as we were so pleased. When we booked 1st time, we also indicated in our query we would need a baby cot; for some reason it went under the hotel manager's radar so when we arrived there was no cot in the room. Nevertheless, during the dinner the staff approached us and offered to move to a bigger room with more beds as they were not able to provide a baby cot so it would be troublesome staying there with 2 young kids. It was provided with no extra charge which was very kind from them.
