Review 1：No reception. You must have a phone to check in. Small room.
Review 2：Located 10 minute walk from a very nice area of Potsdam, I think its called the dutch quarter, and a few minutes from the lake.
Review 3：The crew doesn't speak english making the every simple thing really difficult to resolve. Furthermore, the owner should be always available and ready to help while gives an impression of the persone that has no pleasure of the contact with other people, esspecially with guests. No possibility of paying by card even if it is one of option proposed by booking.com. The general feeling not so good. I would not repeat an experiance of staying there again.

Review 6：A quaint building, with character. Spacious room with a small kitchenette. Tram stop immediately outside, so fairly handy for getting to the centre of Potsdam. A limited number of free parking spaces at the rear of the building.
Review 7：this is a bed and breakfast place. not a hotel, if you are a tourist from outside Germany, you need more information at the front desk of a hotel. this you will not find here. so if you are a tourist from outside, go to a regular hotel. we would have liked to have a safe to keep our documents and valuables in the room, but it is not provided.one key opened both our room and the back door entrance. does this mean that this key could have also opened all the other guest rooms as well? potentially a thief can then come here as a guest and open all the guest rooms!
Review 8：good location, good breakfast. very convenient buses and trams right outside the hotel. we enjoyed eating breakfast in a room which was more elegant than a standard hotel breakfast room. breakfast was good, but spread was somewhat limited
