Review 1：The warm welcome and kindness of the ladies at the reception. They were very helpful with informations too. The german speaking gentleman in the restaurant was fantastic and so friendly! We loved the room too, spacious, a kitchenette and great views! My son (4) loved the trampouline and the swimming pool. Lots of activities for children! Everything was so uncomplicated and comfortable! We will be back! Thank you for all the staff!

Review 5：No wi-fi in the room, only cable internet - but that is exactly what was declared in the hotel description, so it is a recommendation, not a complaint.

Review 7：I did not like the 10 am check out time. It is too early. We've found 11 am to be standard with some 12:00 pm, and this was the only hotel in our 3 week trip that had us out so early. We especially booked this hotel for its spa services. It was to be a bit of relaxation at the end of a 3 week trip, before heading back to the Prague airport. The hotel did not answer my email regarding spa services available and we were VERY disappointed to find that there are no services available on Sunday and that nothing would be available until Monday afternoon. So, we paid for a spa that we couldn't have and communication regarding lack of services would have been appreciated. I think the hotel should offer a hot tub at a minimu, 24/7.

Review 8：The setting, the facilities, the staff were excellent. The hotel had programs for families, entertainment for children, and a very nice restaurant. Helpful staff and free parking. I will definitely return.
