Review 1：Clean, nice hotel for little money. In the city center in Kuressaare. Very friendly staff (speaks English, Finnish, Russian and German), good breakfast, internet connection WiFi. I recommend :)

Review 2：The Wifi worked but was very slow at times. No air conditioning which could be a problem during the hottest summer season.

Review 6：Staff are excellent. Rooms are cheap but clean, modern and spacious. The building has been recently renovated so it's a bit of a weird layout. Our room could have been noisy as the walls seem thin but our neighbour was quiet. Would stay again at this price.

Review 13：The breakfast was good, it is prepared by students, so the extra effort goes into the preparation, The Hotel has a homely feel also and is a short pleasant walk down cobblestone streets to the centre of town. All attractions and facilities are easy to find. Bus station is an easy walk to hotel. It is situated within a school, so you can use the services.

Review 15：1) Горячая вода на самом деле не горячая, а теплая. 2) Ресторан почему-то работает только днем с 11 до 2 и только в рабочие дни. 1) Hot water is not really hot, but warm. 2) The restaurant only works in business days from 11 till 14:30.

Review 18：I would have expected to have my towels changed on a daily basis and also the room cleaned/vacuumed but I was wrong.

Review 19：I spent a whole week at Hotell Mardi. I liked the reception staff. They were very nice and helpful. I highly appreciated their adding the flag of my country to the flags on the reception desk after my arrival. The temperature in the room was ok (it was too cold for me outside). I needed an ironing board and an iron and I could have them immediately. Being a smoker, I loved the smoking room on 2nd level that was very close to my room so I could drink my morning coffee and smoke my cigarette as I always like to start my day. Breakfast was the same every day, but it was ok. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area and, of course not far from the city centre.

Review 20：We were first assigned a room at top with a broken bed and no windowsjust skylight. We complained and we were moved room with a broken lightand an overwhelming stench of sewage coming out of the bathroom/shower.
