Review 5：Bad internet connection. Information about location of concierge is absent before the entrance. They can block your key during your last day before deadline (at 11-00 a.m.).

Review 14：I do not thing it is possibly to rank this as a hotel. There is no reception, no one available if you need help nor if you have questions...... NO WAY.

Review 18：What a great place to stay! Right in the City centre & a greatlocation. Opposite a lovely church with everything on your doorstep.There is also a small supermarket (go out the door, turn right, rightagain & further down on the left). I was working in Bielefeld for 2weeks & would highly recommend this as a place to stay. My workcolleagues were green with envy compared to where they were staying! Istayed in one of the larger apartments (301) which was at the front ofthe building & had floor to ceiling windows & the apartment wasvery quiet. Would love to stay again. Hope to be back - Thanks :)

Review 19：I think the shower needed a door as the water went every where but probably only because our shower head was slightly broken. no biggie. Guttered we didn't have a balcony but again no biggie.

Review 20：It was a modern room with fresh new facilities. Very nice bed and bathroom. we had safe and cheap parking and it was literally in the door step on endless streets of cafe's, bars and shops. in such a beautiful area. we stayed there to attend the tennis in Halle and this was only a 30min drive away. The train station is very close too.
