Review 2:Location excellent close to Koblenz, in a front room on 2nd floor with a small balcony overlooking the park beside the R.Rhine. A good breakfast was served in th Hiotel, but we had to go out to The Pepper Mill restaurant for an evening meal.

Review 19:On the return journey from Austria we were given a room on the third floor which was a smoking room, my wife and I don't smoke. Th room was very tiny and extremely hot. There was one large towel and one hand towel with soap and shampoo for one person. There was one glass between the two of us and had we been staying longer, there was insufficient wardrobe and storeage space for clothes and luggage. The toilet / shower room was very tiny with no space for personal toiletries There was no room for a toilet roll holder and the toilet rolls were placed on a boxed in section underneath the sink. The hot water took an age to reach the tap and would not turn off without extreme force. It is my opinion that this room was a hastily converted from a single to a double room because of a booking oversight. The breakfast was quite nice but, having ordered coffee for the both of us, no-one brought it to our table. When looking for someone to ask about the coffee, nobody could be found. We decided at that point just to leave as quickly as we could.

Review 20:Had one night stays on the way to Austria and the first stop was in a nice room on the second floor overlooking the Rhein. The TV was very dated and very small. The hotel was lifeless at about 20.00 hours with the main entrance being locked, I did try to get a drink but couldn't make anyone hear. Nice breakfast with a nice selection of food.
