Review 1：The carpets really need to be replaced. In room kitchenette is too small and no utensils, plates, etc. You have to ask each time you need something. There was NO in room coffee or tea facilities.

Review 12：There were not enough parking places near the hotel so we had to park in the Penny parking lot across the street. The hotel staff said it was OK.
Review 13：The staff is very friendly and helpfull with a 24h service. The room was very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet. Breakfast was delicious and with options for everyone including vegetarians and vegans. When we go back to Hamburg we will definitely book there again.

Review 15：The location of the hotel was just perfect for my purpose. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. I asked for a room on the backside of the hotel and that was no problem at all. Breakfast buffet was very delicious and plenty.
Review 16：A bit pricey. Room quite small. Only 5-6 free parking lots, which were occupied when we arrived, so we had to park on the street. Difficult to reach if you are not in your own car or taxi.
