Review 1：In new part of hotel you can't open the window, air-conditioning is loud, so switched it off for night, and there was no air to breath in the morning. Better choose room in old part of hotel.

Review 3：Room we got was built for person with disability, although booking several months ahead of time, we ended up in a dull room that smelled like sewage. Have lived there earlier also and have always been happy with the room. Guess this is something to add while booking.

Review 11：The hotel consists of two interlinked properties - the historic side and the modern extension. We preferred the extension with modern spacious rooms. Located within the city centre, this hotel is worth staying at. Restaurant is great, and breakfast is varied. Staff acted very well when we reported a faulty air conditioner temporarily moving us to a suite.

Review 14：We were accommodated in the guesthouse as there was no space for an extra bed in the boutique hotel. Yhe room in thE guesthouse was dark and damp, the toiletroom smelled. The receptionist could not be bothered whether we got the double bed ir two twins although I had requested the double bed. We git twin beds though.

Your air supply will depend on the ventilation system which in our case apparently failed because we got unannounced visit from the hotel staff twice at around 1AM while sleeping! Review 39：Service: lady at reception greeted us upon our late arrival. We were offered the choice of a rooms and she invited us to look around and check a few rooms. We chose the one in the old building. Hotel: very nice with modern part and old part. We stayed in the old part, but everything in the room was of really high standard. Spa: small, but really pleasant. saunas, pool with massages, jacuzzi, showers, towels, everything was great. The only thing- saunas area is separate for ladies and gentlemen. Restaurant: breakfast was great. Location: great. Cleanliness: no complains and room service was great too. Overall: very good impression.

Review 40：As to the spa, the pool and the pool area was great. But we found no sauna that you can enter from the shared spa area. Therefore men and women have to enjoy sauna only separately and via changing/showering rooms. Not really my dream of a spa...

Bed was really comfortable also. We had salads in the lounge and it was suberb, the best salad I'v had! Breaksfast was good, variety was enough. Personnel was friendly aswell.

Review 59：The hotel was a positive surprise for us and one of the best ones we stayed in during our trip to Estonia. The room had a good airco (we stayed there during a veyr warm period), is stylishly refurbished, had a very central location in Kuressaare and served good food as well.
