Review 1：1. We arrived to the hotel at 9.30 PM. The door was closed. We got the information from Receptionist that check-in is only possible untill 6 PM and our booking is canceled. On the booking.com there is different check-in time shown. The lady said THAT "WE HAVE A LUCK THAT THEY HAVE FREE ROOMS AND BETTER CONTACT US DIRECTLY". 2. Not even one channel in TV. 3. Nothing warm to eat at the breakfast.

Review 6：My request for lactose free diet was met very easily, mostly I struggle with this request. Not so here at Ahorn, Cottbus. The staff were very helpful and one member missed German Soccer game to assist with another matter. THAT is dedication !!!!!

Review 7：One of our rooms had an analogue tv and the whole system was digital soit could not be used to the disappointment of our daughter. Wecomplained but nothing was done about it. However this was a detail.

Review 8：The location was good. The rooms were spotless. 10 minutes walk one wayto the city centre and lovely parks The other way 10 m to a forest andlake. The staff was very nice and mostly helpful. The garden at the backwas a pleasant place to sit after a day around. Cottbus is aninteresting relaxed town with a mix of new and old, events, nice people.
