Review 1：Convenient and good beds, great access to centre of Oldenburg Great breakfast room and nothing too much trouble as I required lots of help and did not speak the language!!

Review 2：My room smelled heavy with cigarette smoke. Even the staff noted this. Incredibly disgusting. This was a non smoking room! My clothes smelled bad after this stay. The hotel was fully booked so we could not change rooms. I was not compensated on the price but got only a poor excuse. The table on the balcony should they do something about. It grew grass and mold on it. Have sent a message to the hotel about this problem several times. I have not received any response back. Bad!

Review 9：Lack of information on Wifi. Only TeleKom's costly wifi is provided in rooms and free telekom (registration required) in lounge areas. Given the very high prices (compared to Oldenburg, and German counterparts), one would expect at least the wifi or Lan cable access for free. Staff is friendly but some don't know much about their own hotel facilities. Missing towels in room.

Review 11：The "broken" amenities that I did not need, but that were never repaired during my stay: 1. Room phone only worked when calling the reception desk. Never successfully completed an outside call. 2. Room safe did not function - dead battery. 3. Mini-bar did not function - did not refrigerate contents. 4. Half-way through my stay, the elevator broke down. Also, Very slow dry cleaning service. Took 3 days for a shirt and a pair of slacks.

Review 19：Parking is not "on-site" as the hotel suggests, you have to use the city car park next to the hotel (which is cheap, you get a 50% refund on your ticket from the hotel). Beware of traffic jams and long queues at peak times to get into the car park. A tip: go behind the Stadtmuseum as the entrance to the car park there is less busy - but still expect a 20 min+ wait for a place.

Review 20：Faultless hotel. Very spacious room, comfortable bed, nice décor, modern furnishings, bathtub. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location.

Review 22：If you want to venture into some of Germany's smaller towns and cities, this is one place to spend a few days. The AcarA is a great hotel located close to all of the necessities (train station, pedestrian shopping area, college). The room was extremely clean and comfortable and affordable!

Review 23：garage - there is charge for 24 hrs but you cannot charge it to your hotel bill. Once you leave the garage, you cannot come back without another charge even during those 24 hrs you have paid for already. Not really guest-friendly system.
