Review 1：1. 3 of our familiies spent time in Hotel. staff had difficulty in understanding that some members had tiny variations in our ancient name. 11. some Muslims seemed to "hog " the elevator for their compatriots.

Review 2：Knowing the quality from the Tryp Hotel in A Coruña, I was disappointed with: - No air conditioning. - No good wifi service. - Nothing included in the toilet (toothbrush, tooth paste, etc) - Having to require extra things to the reception. - No breakfast included in the price. I consider that the price is not really according to the quality/service.

Review 18：The price is too high compared to the quality, expecially the breakfast: it costs 13 euros but its value is not more than 6 euros. The room is clean and functional but small: fully acceptable if the price were lower, but not for such high cost (more than 95 euros + 13 for the breakfast)! The fair price should have been, in my opinion, not more than 65 euros + 6 for the breakfast

Review 19：The position is right in the centre of Rosenheim at few meters from the area closed to the traffic where there are many restaurants, nice budings and shops. The hotel has functional atnd easily reachable garage, but it costs 7 euros per night

Review 20：I asked for soy milk in the morning and you had it. Perfect. I also needed an iron and they brought it to my room immediately….Great service in the restaurant and friendly staff. I will stay there again…for sure.

Review 46：I booked because an elevator and garage were advertised. This location uses a city garage and was fully booked when we arrived. This was inconvenient and not at all acceptable. Further, the room was impossibly small and should only be booked by a single person, not by two people!

Review 48：They did invite us to breackfast withouth any infos about the pice orany question about what room we were in and at the end we had to pay 26euro /day . I am not sure about the invoice I have payed because thefirst day was not on and I ended paying 50euro over the price on booking. The receptionist was not nice enought to explain it to me .

Review 52：I found the staff quite unhelpful. I was catching the train to Bernau (neighbouring villiage) and needed a taxi on arrival. The lady at the desk could not give me a number and did not offer to find one. The rooms are very basic and old, it is past time for a refurbish.

Review 53：The noise. Cleaning staff shouting at each other down the corridors from 7am (on both floor 3 and 5). Ignoring "Do Not Disturb" sign and trying to access the room which was fortunately bolted. The air conditioning was non-existent and the toilet seat broke. I travel extensively for Business and will never choose Best Western based on this experience. The value for money was also extremely poor.

Review 55：There was no free hotel parking spaces. There is a public car park rightunder the hotel but it cost us €8 a day. That's only negative thing Ican say about this hotel everything else was perfect. I would definitelygo back to this hotel. It is very central in rosenheim.

Review 56：The hotel staff were great. The reception staff were very friendly andvery helpfull. Even down to the cleaning staff, the lady we had waslovely and friendly. The breakfast was great, it was replaced when itwas running low and it was lovely and fresh.
