Review 2：Great place. Friendly stuff and relaxing place next to the lake. place to relax and spent time in Lindau and nearby villages.

Review 3：And it was an adventure- a little cold, the lighting only half worked, no WiFi, cramped bathroom, odd noises.

Review 13：The marketing and story telling is a bit misleading. Should focus on the strenghts they have not which they would like to have. For instance a jaccuzi is not an infinity pool and the rooms are not as spectacular as described.

Review 21：Local parking was fully booked and I was managed to leave my car at public parking, which is not around the corner. But it is not a big issue actually.

Review 23：The sauna has stone tiles on the floor, and we burnt our feet. Anyone who knows anything about saunas knows that flooring should be made of wood to avoid this problem.

Review 24：The position of the boat, right at Lindau marina was wonderful. It was very romantic! We had breakfast brought to the boat every day for €10 extra, but it was worth it to be able to sit on the deck eating breakfast. On our last day we hired a guy to take us on a trip around the lake on the boat - it was fabulous! The hotel staff were all very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend hiring the boat for a romantic few days away.

Review 75：- The rooms were on the small side. - I imagine the rooms would be hot in summer as they were warm even in mild weather - unfortunately we couldn't open the windows due to the street noise. Other factors made up for this. - Swiss rather than German accommodation prices.

Review 76：- The staff were really lovely. They took our bags to our room when we arrived too early and went for a walk, showed us around the hotel and gave us water and pastries on departure. The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. - The location on the lake front and the edge of the car free plaza was superb. We didn't have a view from our room but that didn't matter at all with so much on our doorstep. - The restaurant. The breakfast was wonderful and espresso coffee made by the staff was included in the price. The drinks were made in house and the wait staff clearly took a lot of pride in them, explaining the ingredients and mixing them at our table - very different to other restaurants. - Lindau itself is a fabulous place to visit for a weekend.

Review 79：The staff tried to give us a different room than what we specifically requested. When we said that we requested the Romantic Suite, she tried to say she gave us an upgrade. We did not see it that way. We then had to wait past our check in time until they could give us the correct room. That was upsetting because we wasted precious vacation time. The photos in the description of the room made it seem that the room would be larger and we would have a private patio. Instead, we found the patio in the photo to be a shared area. I felt it was a bit of bait and switch.
