Review 7：Because it was 35•C and the swimming pool is serounded by glass it it very warm there. But the water was perfect!! The room with no airco was verry warm as well, but there was a large window we could open (we slept fine with the trains passing) and there was a fan.

The hotel has an awesom view over the Rijn. And you can park for free across the road. Great hotel. We would love to stay there again. Along the Rijn you there are many beautiful castles

Review 19：I liked the hotel and I will stay again for sure. It has very good location. The park is very huge and beautiful. Also, the view from the balcony to the river and the park. It is 10 minutes walk only to the train station. The room was big enough for three persons. The breakfast was very good and for reasonable price. The staff are so friendly and helfull. We asked for early check in and we got our room ready. I recommend you strongly to stay in this beautiful hotel.

Review 20：-pillows need to be changed for ergonomic ones. - Time to change the old TVs for flat screen TVs. - The hotel is a laberinth. Actually a map is required to find gthe room assigned, the elevators and the whirpools.

Review 23：This hotel is a wonderful shelter in a big park near Rein, with a perfect gourmet restaurant, swimming pool, rabbits and fish tanks in the hall, etc. It is a great place to relax a bit, or to stay with your elder parents or small children.

Review 24：Half of the hotel is about 40 years old and in poor condition, very run down and old. You do not know if you will be in that part of the hotel until you check in and they send you dragging your luggage ten minutes through the hotel to find your room. We were moved to a nicer room after complaining and it is like an entirely different hotel. But while the old part is being renovated it is a terrible inconvenience and really ruins your stay having to march through construction the entire time.

Review 28：When booking, it was not disclosed that we would be put in the old part of the hotel instead of the newly renovated part. The room was sweltering upon arrival, and the window overlooked a terrace which allowed anyone to access the room. There was an oder that permeated the entire place, the old section anyways. Optional wifi for one person only, should be included in such price. Minimal fresh produce at breakfest, staff at the old reception not helpful what so ever. We dislike giving any poor ratings, but frankly, we couldn't wait to get out. Sorry, not so favorate park hotel for us....

On one visit we had booked a larger room but it had no A/C and was located "on the sunny side" of the hotel and got very hot with the large windows. At checkin for our most recent visit we requested A/C and were given a very small room in which the A/C was questionable. Also very weird placement of a window from the bathtub/shower to the bedroom - and no curtain.

The reception did not inform us about the other entrance ( in the old building) so we had to walk to an fro until we discovered it! I think the website was not clear about the old versus the new buildings an about the Rhein view versus the back view

Review 92：Quirky place (iguana, rabbits, exotic birds...), but a nice place to spend the night. The pool was relaxing and welcome after a long ride on the Main bike path. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in Germany-- fresh squeezed orange juice and Sekt, a variety of meats, cheeses, egg dishes and breads, along with the usual fruit, yogurt and cereals.

Review 103：Rooms in old hotel not to the same standard as new part & were adisappointment. Shower door was leaking water - v poor as this should benoticed by housekeeping. It's obviously been broken for a while. Hairdryer a death trap with loose exposed wire. Main restaurant is far tooexpensive. Second restaurant is good value, but uncomfortable indoors(noisy pub type with children's play area beside). This place reallyneeds the outdoor terrace - when wet or cold it's disappointing.
