Review 1：For the nature of the facility, the food was a disappointment. In addition, the apparent female owner/manager was not very friendly and did not provide good information. In terms of how dinner was managed, the guest had to continually ask questions and essentially pull information out of the hotel representative who continued to provide insufficient answers to the point that communication started to become strained. One member of the guest couple speaks fluent German, so differing native languages is not an issue.

Review 3：Nothing bad to say but please note the maisonette is on top of a house that is shared with one other person may not be everyones ideal. But the design is such that we were completely separated in the apartment and we never saw anyone else

Review 4：Stayed in the Maisonette and not the hotel. Really amazing, clean, comfortable accommodation with lovely views, right on the edge of a forest and very close to an entry level Ski slope *which was fine for us. Peter and Simone are very hospitable, friendly and helpful but also gave us our space which is also what we needed.

Review 5：Communication with female owner as I went to main reception about 7pm for a coffee. Instead of saying they didn't do it she done us a couple of coffees with a very negative response. Be assured that the male owner peter was very friendly and couldn't do enough to help you out

Review 9：There were some issues with the hot water on three mornings of our stay but was dealt with by the vendors but was still a pain. There was a couple of issues with the interior due to a small locker in the toilet the door hinge was broken so the door was hanging off and the lamp shade in the toilet on one of the lights was broken and being glass wasn't safe with the kids.

Review 10：The location was great and the staff were very friendly. The apartment was clean and tidy, we had all we needed for a good stay.

Review 13：restaurant facilities are too little. If you dine in the hotel, you must do this between 18 and 19:00 h. The room was outdated: several damages in the very small bathroom.

Review 14：The owner of the hotel is an excellent cook. Breakfast was very good. A lot is possible, but you must ask for it. It doesn't come easy.

Review 15：Neither door nor curtain between bedroom and TV room, so the light was shining into my face in bed even with the curtains closed. I solved the problem by fixing a large throw on top of the door frame.

No information on entrance keysystem Poor spa facilities and badly maintained.Plant leaves onfloor/lights not working.
