Review 1：The temperature was too warm, and we were unable to cool the room.
Review 2：I loved the pools, easy to start the bubbles by pressing buttons in the large jacuzzi wall, and a waterfall in the main pool.
Review 3：Unfortunately we cannot comment on our stay as when we arrived there had been a mix up with the booking between the hotel and booking.com and there was no room. Not a great experience.
Review 4：20 minutes access to internet was definitely not enough. Staff tried to help to get some minutes more but didn't succeed.

Review 11：I had red bites around my neck and chest which could have only been bed bugs. I reported this to reception and she said she would tell the manager but i didnt get a call and on check out when mentioned it was dismissed and shrugged off.
