Review 1：We expected a bit bigger junior suite. Roms bit small.

Review 2：Nice staff. Very big hotel, comfortable room, Nice beds. Breakfast was good. Easy to reach from Potsdam.

Review 5：Vers small room, in fact it was a single room with a double bed. No minibar, you could not open all closets, free WiFi was very slow. Situated way out of town. Claimed to be Four Star?????

Review 6：the way from room to the garage or back is very unconvenient: there is no direct connection from the garage to the floor of your room. If you park your car in the garage, you have to come up the outside floor (street level), enter to the hotel and take the elevator leading to the necessary floor.

Review 8：The hotel is a little bit difficult to access. I had to walk up a hill with my bags from the tram spot. It's also far from a good swimming spot.

Review 10：We stayed here with three children from 8 - 13 years old. The family apartment was spacius, clean and comfortable. The wi-fi worked great and the breakfest was just wonderful ( eggs, pancakes, endless types of breadrolls, cheeses, ham, fruits e.ct.) The staff was nice and helpfull with everything we needed.

Lady told not. Suprisingly we then found one 1 km from the hotel By the lake. We told about that to the lady at the reception so she could advise others. Se answerd that she knows already. Nobody knows why she didn't tell that to us in the first Place....

Review 16：Really nice rooms for family! We had 3 kids with us and each one had enough space.

Review 17：The access to and from the train station is not well indicated and is too dark and dodgy. The pillow was not confortable.

The only good thing is the breakfast, but for us was not included and was 13 € per person.

Review 31：We were in a secluded area yet only minutes by tram to the center of Potsdam and and easy train ride into Berlin. The hotel had all the amenities one could ask for and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no real downside to this hotel.

Review 32：Wi Fi is NOT free!!! In every hotel, big or small Wi Fi is free, except here!!! It is free for the first 5 minutes and after they ask 5 euro for one day or 10 for more!!

It turned out that each room number can be used to register two devices while we booked a large family room of three people with two apple products for each.

Review 38：Very hot rooms without conditioning. Strange metal balconies - terrible or children and common for all the rooms. Everybody can come to your room while sleeping with open door. The personal does not care about you. You practice your map orientation capabilities on the huge facilities with a map given on reception. We ordered a sandwich and nobody came to take the service table for a whole day long. Nobody ask you if you come by car - no other good chance to find the hotel and you pay several times before thy give you ticket to enter and go out from parking. Good for conferences but not at all for families or travellers. Terrible. We have paid two rooms for three days and wanted to leave the very first one. For the last one we took another hotel. Never would recommend to a friend.

Review 97：The whole complex is well designed within a small park, leading down to the lake. Unfortunately as we were out of season the lakeside bar was closed and we guess that this would be a real plus in the Summertime. This is more of a hotel for conferences and groups than for families with small children as the facilities such as dining are not family-orientated ; to some of course this may also be a real plus! The breakfast was excellent if a bit pricey. The small bedrooms are exactly that, clean but with the TV on a side wall it is difficult to see how you could actually watch this from the bed. Sockets/lamps to both sides of the bed would also be useful.

Review 105：We wanted to be by the water, but the hotel is actually a long walk from it. Only one person in the staff was helpful with organization transportation, and rentals. The rooms have no aircon, no supplies except for soap, and our room was very far away by business offices. The Zeppelin concept isn't something you can see. I would not recommend to stay here. The hotel just feels huge, empty, and unfriendly. I think it's mostly a business convention location.

Review 116：There is no easy-chair in the room, only a working chair next to the desk. The hotel is a little remote, at the end of tram line 91 (15 min ride, runs every 20 min) from Potsdam Hbf and city centre.

Review 122：The check in was so messy, long, tedious, and confusing. The receptionist could not speak English very well. Inspite of having asked for an extra bed for our child in the booking, I was told that they had not seen that comment and were not prepared. First he said, there was no space in the comfort double room for an extra bed, and how I would have to pay more for a bigger room. Since we were so tired after a long journey, I agreed. But pointed out to him on the confirmed booking.com printout that they had indicated enough space for an extra bed in that room. Once I pointed that out, he completely altered his stance and said that he will get an extra bed fitted in that same room. Made us wait for so long at the reception while all this was going on. We did not expect a business hotel to operate in this shabby and unprofessional manner.
