Review 1：Ask for a password for alternative wi fi, They'll give it to you. The open network is not working properly. No soap in the shower.

Review 11：No lift. My wife has MS and the stairs were not easy. We parked ok, but we were lucky. There is no parking which belongs to the hotel and the public car parks were heavy used.

Review 13：The only thing I can think of is that other people might not like the outdated bath room and furniture. We did not mind at all, as we find cleanness more important.
Review 14：We enjoyed our stay of one night very much. We had a lovely quiet room at the park side of the hotel. The room was very clean and with a country interior. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was also very tasty. They had different kind of bread rolls, meat, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, cereals... Staff was very friendly and helpful. You will get a map of Lüneburg and in 15 minutes you can walk to the city centre.
Review 15：Windows in the room have virtually no insulation, the hotel is loosing alot of energy (and money) this way. It is not possible to darken theroom with the curtains, neither do they draw together completely nor dothey hold out the light. The breakfast is fair, however obvious thingslike serving tongs for the bread rolls are missing (so that not everyguest will need to grapple around on the rolls).
