Review 1：The hotel is very well located, close to the central station. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and very good. But above all, I must say that the staff working in the Hotel (at reception, during breakfast...) is excellent. I really appreciated talking to them and seeing them smile all the time. It is a pleasure to be received like this when travelling for bussiness.I recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Mainz.

Review 3：I was very happy as they could provide me with a smoking room as I had requested. No complaints at all about the hotel, and would certainly go again.

Review 6：The hotel is 1 minute walk away from the train station and about 10-15 minutes walk away from the shopping area. Apart from the great location, the hotel is nice and welcoming, reception staff very warm and speak good English and comfortable room with Free Wifi! Breakfast is also very sufficient with a good mixture of cold and warm items.

Review 7：I stayed five nights and taking everything overall I was very satisfied with this hotel. Any negative comment that I could make would just be nitpicking.

Review 8：The bedroom was big and bright with big windows. The bed was softer than I would like and the pillows were VERY soft, but this is personal taste and other people might like them like that. No tea/coffee maker in the room but there was a fridge. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and even a bidet. Good variety for breakfast.

Review 9：When you get for breakfast early there is pleanty of everything. In the weekend we went later and everything was almost gone. The rooms and the bar/restaurant of the hotel are a bit pricey.

It is on a main road (Kaiserstrasse with an impressive church), so one cannot so much open the windows - in my view not an issue as I am not an open window sleeper :-)

Review 75：The toilet/shower was tiny and the shower facilities could be improved as some stains and scratches were visible that was not nice. Some of the tiles on the wall were fixed poorly. Needs a lot on improvement s with fittings and decorations.

Reception staff are very pleasant and efficient- my invoice was ready when I check out, did not have to ask for it.Buffet breakfast was very good, specially considering hotel category(which I believe is 3 stars).

Review 98：The only thing I can say is a drawback is the fact that it is so close to a main road. At least its a one way street so traffic is not so intense as a normal 2 way main road would be. I was on the 4th floor so that was a bonus regarding traffic noise, however with the door completely shut you would barely hear a thing. Other than that I could not complain of anything.

When we asked for recommendations for things to do or places toeat we were pointed in a direction and that was it. This was important to us as we had just arrived in Germany from Australia and we travelled straight to Mainz from Frankfurt airport. We arrive early in the morning before our room was ready but there was no problems in leavng our bags at reception. We had a very spacious room and it was clean and tidy. The breakfast selection was excellent. Good value! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to family of friends
