Review 1：Terrific location. Only 20 minute walk to island. Very quiet location. Supermarket and traditional German restaurant nearby. Very friendly, accomodating staff.

Review 2：Hotel was located in a quiet residential area but only a 5 minute walk from restaurants & shopping. Riding the frequent & punctual busses was a mere 4 bus stops to the downtown.

Review 3：The location is somwhat far from the center and the island. There is however a good bus connection, which is free when you stay at the hotel. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the guests in the next room.

Review 4：The room was nice and clean, the bed was good, the breakfast has a nice selection of items to choose from, and the staff is friendly.

Review 5：THE BED WAS A LITTLE TO HARD FOR ME BUT MORE IMPORTANT ON A DOUBLE BED I WOULD HAVE LIKED A DOUBLE DUVET , RATHER THAN A SINGLE DUVET.

Review 7：It was SO HOT and the rooms were not air conditioned, and the staff were unable to provide us with fans, and had to pay for cold water.

Review 9：A little disappointing, the room is small and not comfortable even for one night. With an open window to let some fresh air into the room mosquitos had a feast and I still suffer from the bites after one week. Reception closes at 20.00 and leaves a full house in an almost dark lobby with no assistance when two guests got stuck in the elevator. Difficult to find since address is not reachable by GPS.

Review 11：staff were most pleasant ,very good English [our German was very poor ! ].When we got a parking ticket on our rented car they were most helpful and had it sorted by breakfast the following morning ]. while location is not in centre of Lindau we had free travel on a bus that came on the half hour to central station on the island-this because of "city tax " payable 1st April to mid October-suited us perfectly . Would happily recommend it as a base

Review 30：This smallish hotel is the most fully booked place I have ever seen in the Spring travel. The most impressive part of our stay was the breakfast which was served in the sunroom or the patio. It was well run and everything was freshly prepared. The room is small but comes with a small balcony and chairs. Small seating area provided in room.

Review 31：Really excellent breakfast. Location was good, close to lake and about 30 mins walk to Lindau island. It was also possible to go into Lindau by bus (free with hotel receipt). Could not fault the hotel at all - very comfortable, clean and friendly.

Review 32：We could hear our neighbors taking a shower or flushing a toilet, andswitching on a ventilation in the bathroom. Location is not in thecenter of the city so it's not very pleasant to come back at nighton foot. Parking seems to be spacious but in the evening it's hardto find a free place.

Review 34：Only one thing - The lift seemed to chugg noisily and this was a bit unnerving , and it didn't stop level with the floor so it was a tripping hazard

Review 42：It was not indicated that the elevator does not reach the third floor. When we booked the hotel we did not know that the room we reserved is located in the third floor and had to add money to be in a room where the elevator can be reached. The hiding did not fun action during the entire three days that we stayed.
