Review 1：Everthing was great!
Review 2：The staff were amazing; we made a major mistake with our booking and they fixed it immediately and didn't even charge us extra. The room was spotless and comfortable. Swimming pool was heated and they also had a lovely common area next to it. In the morning I had a problem with hot water, but since it was too close to check out time and there was no time to fix it, I was offered a small discount as an apology. Excellent customer service! I would definitely stay again!
