Review 2：Staff is extremely polite and friendly. Free wifi. Beautiful, warm feeling breakfast room, delicious breakfast and dinner. Big room. Complimentary mineral water and coffee in the room.

Review 4：This is definitely a niche-hotell with lots of lots of charm and a great atmosphere. Great selection of interesting books in the library :) My family and I always chose this hotel if available when in Hamburg because the relaxing atmospherere is so much better than in those boring Hilton and Sheraton hotels. And the breakfast is simply the BEST i have had, even after having travelled in 90 pluss countries. Highly recommendable!!!

Review 6：We stayed on the top floor and with no elevator service between the third and fourth floor baggage was a bit of an issue. We are getting older and will ask not to be on the top floor during future stays.

Review 32：No airconditioning, if you open the window then you hear the nosie form outside even though as such hotel is located in a quiet area. Further hotel is sound proofed from outside noise but not from the nosie from coridoor, you can hear every foot step and sound of the key from neighbors which is annoyng when people start to move as early as 5.30 am- 6.00 am. Internet at good speed but you need to pay EUR5 which is also strange in today's times.

Review 33：Nice, clean and comfortabel room with very comfortabel matresses, very nice breakfast buffet which was not only good in variey but also in quality, very friendly staff especially the gentleman in the morning who helped with check out and taxi. Excellent restaurant in the hotel.
