Reviews for Hotel Heinemann
Review 1:The staff was very friendly and everyone I spoke to spoke English well enough to communicate, which is a bonus for me since I know very little German. The breakfast was really good. They had a huge variety of breads, meats, cheeses, juices, even eggs and cereal. They also had an espresso machine. The room and bathroom were really clean and the bed was comfortable. There was ample parking and it was free. All around a great hotel and the price was pretty low, especially in comparison to American hotels (62,80 € for one night and breakfast). I would have had to pay at least 120 euro for a hotel like that in America.
Review 2:I was not informed that the WI-FI does not work UNTIL i payed..
Review 3:WIFI was broken :(
Review 4:Very friendly and helpful staff
Review 5:very noisy from the street, windows should be changed

Review 8:Pretty far from the Inner City
Review 9:Very nice neighborhood. Silent and clear place
Review 10:The reception is not open 24/7. On weekdays and Saturday it closes at 22:00, on Sunday already at 12:00. If you arrive on Sunday, as I did, be prepared to call the number written on the front door to get a code for the locker at the back door of the hotel. When you input the code, your key drops out of the locker. Sounds easy enough, but I still prefer a real live person at the desk :) It's much easier to solve any potential problem.
Review 11:Nice location in a quiet residential area. A bit far away from the center, but there is a bus line going straight to the center, with the bus station right in front of the hotel. Frequency: every 15 minutes during working hours (say, from 06:00 to 18:00). After that and on weekend every 30 minutes. A nice in-house restaurant, had dinner there twice, very tasty! Good breakfast.
Review 12:Supposedly there were smoking rooms available. I specifically asked for this and came upon this hotel via smokers united. The hotel does NOT have smokers room
Review 13:The evening staff did not speak english or spoke poor english and there where no dinner menu in english. I had to use my translate app to understand the menu. The morning staff spoke good english.
Review 14:The dinner was very good, a big plus for the Chef. The doubleroom was ok, very clean and good space. Nothing i´d stay for many nights but for one night it was 100% ok. Even though the staff in the evening didnt speak english or spoke just a little english they did everything they could to help us.
Review 15:Very friendly and effective service - actually the best compared to other hotels on our family trip in Europe. I say thank you for this. TB Sweden
