Review 1：Decor is old fashioned, but not unlike many hotels in the region. No tea/ coffee facilities in room (although not often provided in German hotels )

Review 2：Large family room. Separate sleeping area for children. Clean and warm. Staff friendly - some able to speak English. Location ideal for skiing - opposite ice rink and close to Wurmberg Cablecar. Parking available. Breakfast 'til 11am. Wi-fi was reliable.

Review 3：Reception staff were great at informing us what tourist attractions to go see and how to get there easily, they also printed the needed bus timetables for us to keep a hard copy, very useful! Excellent German cuisine, lively evening atmosphere at dinner, the outside dinner area was always full with other guests, families, locals. Central location within the Harz-most attractions a simple bus ride away :)
