Review 1：The only thing we would recomment would be that the owner change his clothing more often, That was our only complain.

Review 2：From outside the hotel looked a little poor but inside it was very nice, old but good. Nice rooms, good shower/bathroom. Very nice breakfast, complementary beer on the room floor in a fridge. Located on Lindau inzell. Close to shopping and Christmas market. Parking free but approx 250 mtr walk from the hotel.

Review 9：No real windows - a basement room (No. 19) with one "window" leading into a space under a street iron grille, the second one into a cobwebbed space obviously behind a false house wall which looked as if a rat would spring out of it at any moment. This was NOT mentioned in the room description. At least ventilators both in the bathroom and in the lavatory (separate spaces) were working OK.

Review 13：I don't know why there are so many bad opinions. The breakfast was fine, the room was clean, cozy and quiet (even despite the fact it was next to the breakfast room) and the owners were nice, helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi worked well, we were given a free parking ticket (to walk a few hundred meters isn't a problem for us and the walk itself was lovely with great views and pretty park). Location is excellent. No bad impressions at all. We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Seerose. And Lindau is simply beautiful.

Review 14：Guy in reception should not be staying there never mind being in reception, very ignorant to guests always shouting, crazy guy. No Bar. No Restuarant, no tea or coffee facilities in rooms,no lift beds old fashioned although looked pretty new. This is not a Hotel, its a very average B&B. Tall trees growing in front totally onstructing view of lake.

Review 18：We were not given the room we booked but asked to stay in a private apartment a fifteen minute drive away. We refused. We were offered a larger room at more cost. We had no bath soap, there was no free parking as advertised on the site, The manager/owner was very bad tempered and rude. we were not able to pay by credit card as we would have expected and always do....we were asked for cash. We think the owner was making money without declaring for tax purposes. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 20：don't go there! very unpleasant experience with the people at the reception who - untruely - claimed we had booked 2 rooms and not one as we actually did. instead of checking the records and clearing up their mistake they insisted we pay for 2 rooms and after a while started screaming at us to leave if we don't pay. after a very lont ime only did they suddenly realize that it was their mistake and offered a drink. but that was no compensation for their behavior that was completely out of line and at some momentes made us wonder whether we were victims of a scam.

Review 22：What l didn't like was when l queried the price the owner was most adamant on the final price which worked out to be $351 after booking for $221-ok, extra person $30-somehow booked for 3 not 4, breakfast $50ish,'city tax $3'and then added a tax-which l just saw on my booking.com reference and it was supposedly included! I couldn't even atempt to query the price which according to my calculations it should've been $313ish. Still feel jibbed

Hotel did not accept credit cards and they just did a kind of estimate of the final bill that was slightly off of booking.com's price. It wasn't worth it to argue over $10

Review 37：There was no free parking like announced: we were sent to a public parking across the street, that is only free between 8 p.m and 8 a.m. There was a lot of pressure to arrive until 8 p.m even though we called saying we would arrive after 6 p.m just like requested. Review 103：The staff was nowhere to be seen except for a few moments at check-in and a few moments at check-out. We wanted to ask for the wifi password, but no one was to be found. It wasn't even late yet at that time. I rang the bell several times and still got no response. It was a bit frustrating.
