Review 1：reception closed before 21.00 and need to called them to ask a code for key. Not very convenient for travelers who don't have a german mobile phone.

Review 35：It is very nice and friendly place to stay. It is out from Hamburg, but you have very close the bus station and then you have the train station to get to the center of Hamburg. The transportion ticket is cheap. You can buy a ticket for all day long, directly from the bus driver. Breakfast excellent,Cleaning and staff excellent as well .

Review 40：This was our second stay at this hotel in two years. Everything was just as good as last time. Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Convenient for our visit to O2 Arena with easier access than from Hamburg city centre. Good value so will stay again if in this area.

Throughout the hotel you can see that the team and the owner are keen to make it a most enjoyable stay. Yes, it is close to a busy road but the windows are very well insulated and it proved to be no problem at all. I will come again.
