Review 1：This was simply a great place to stay! My wife and I were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which was outstanding - spotless, modern, and spacious. I would highly recommend this property to all visiting Lindau.

Review 2：Plan ahead if you need basic groceries such as water or snacks. The nearby shops tend to close in the evening. There is a petrol station 10 minutes away which does sell basic groceries in the late evening.

Review 3：Staff were friendly; receptionists made a point of greeting guests. Room and en suite bathroom were clean; bed was comfortable; there were snacks provided in the room on arrival (mini pastries, an apple, packet of nuts, etc.) The lighting in the room was well designed. Good selection at breakfast which included meats & cheeses, cereals, bread rolls, fried egg & rashers, etc.

Review 4：Nothing. Some may complain that there is no elevator. You don't really need it. And it would take away from the old world charm

Review 8：WiFi password works for one device only. Design choice not to put a shower curtain leads to an always wet floor, which was not a problem with the floor heating on but I would have preferred to simply have a curtain.

Review 14：We usually stay in 4 or 5 star hotels, This 3 star should be a 4 star! It was wonderful. The hotel was spotless and the modern deco was nice. We had a double superior room and it was very roomy with a seating area. The bathroom was magazine ready. Breakfast featured tasty baked goods from the attached cafe. Happy to find the cafe open on a Sunday morning so we could take home treats with us. Telling all friends about this great place!

We paid extra to have a balcony, but what we got was not what we would call a balcony - you couldn't sit out on it because it was tiny and didn't feel safe to take our weight, but the door to it was useful to let the fresh air into the room There was no information to help us to know what there was to do in the area - the staff didn't seem to know the area particularly well and couldn't advise us on excursions.(It was also difficult to get information in English at the local Tourist Information office) The location was a bit tricky for us as car owners because either way we set out, the roads were incredibly congested.

Our room was large and well-furnished, very comfortable and bright. Their was good parking for our car and that was free. The cake shop on site was delightful and very tempting. The staff seemed genuinely glad to have us to stay, and sorry to see us go. The walk down to the island was really lovely and only took about 20 minutes

Kaffe and kuchen was a must!! Bus stop to town right outside the hotel - so convenient and buses very reliable. Very short journey. Buy a bus pass - it was invaluable at 13 euros.

Review 66：The hotel manager and staff were friendly and always helpful . The hotelis on the mainland but just a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride fromthe Lindau island . The island has very many restaurants and bars and isalso the ferry port for trips to Austria and Switzerland ; the gardenisland of Mainau is also a popular destination . The hotel provides avery generous breakfast buffet . This is a hotel I would return to without question .

Review 73：Thomas and his staff were excellent. They were full of useful information about the area and they made us feel at home. The rooms were large and well furnished. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and the cakes etc in Cafe Ebner were delicious. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - would definitely go back again and would encourage friends to do so as well.

The breakfasts were excellent and thewaiting staff very attentive. The free car park at the rear was handyand the location ideal for exploring Lindau Island, 10 minutes walkaway. It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and wouldhappily stay there again.
