Review 1：Die Parkgarage wird gerade umgebaut (Stand Juni 2015) und ist daher nur eingeschränkt zu nutzen mit wenigen Parkmöglichkeiten die auch wirklich sehr eng sind!

Review 3：Quite far away from the train station, not really walkable unless you have no baggage and 30 minutes to spare. Also toilet had terrible smell coming from it from the beginning to end of stay.

Review 5：I arrived at Sorat late in the evening after a long journey, and the sight of the hotel was such a refreshing surprise. Given the very good price, I did not expect such an elegant place upon arrival; the inside and all the facilities matched the said impression. The staff were extremelly efficient and helpful, especially the lovely German lady who cleaned my room during the week. I hope to get back to Sorat for a holiday one day ...

Review 6：We ended up with an inward facing view to a grassed rooftop. Would be good if something was done with this area so that the delight of the old town charm doesn't turn to semi disappointment when one gets a room with this view.

Review 7：Located in the city centre. Surprisingly quiet. Good 'in house' parking facilities. (costs 9€ per 24hrs). Good transport links to various parts of town. Helpful staff. Could have a better bar, but good options just 1 or 2 minutes away.

Review 28：We visited Cottbus during a spell of very hot weather and had breakfast al fresco: In front of the hotel, right by the Schlosskirche, underneath the blossoming lime trees - very charming.

Review 29：A minor weakness was the lack of a minibar in the standard category (which is explained in the room description), but the bar is open 24 hours anyway. Oh, and the brown shirts the staff wore. I'm having to seriously nitpick to come up with weaknesses.

Review 30：Splendid location, clean, comfortable without being ostentatious, excellent value for money, good buffet (I eat like a horse anyway so all-you-can-eat buffets for breakfast are usually good value when considering that) and very friendly staff.

Review 31：No fridge, no minibar, no kettle in the room. No proper soap, plastic bottles with fluid named as liquid soap/shower gel. Shower tube could be bigger. Breakfast looked overpriced for 13€, never tried breakfast to say something about selection and quality. Breakfast room was just in entrance hall, not in separate room. Used bakeries in town for breakfast. Check out time in booking.com is indicated as 12pm, though information book in hotel says 11am.

Review 32：Price (got it as a smart deal), location, cleanliness, friendly stuff. Wifi strength was very well, I used only one device, so couldn't say if connection of 2nd device was possible. My overall stay was good, few personal concerns are mentioned in negative section.

You could catch the farms markets not far from the hotel on Tuesday (the street in front of the hotel) and on Saturday (near the church in the end of Altmarkt square). We do not have breakfast in the hotel, but enjoyed breakfasts in the Lauterbach cafe (1-2 minutes from the hotel), which cost 7 - 12 euros.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly,There was a large selection of local fare at breakfast and the lack ofrestaurant in the hotel for dinner was not a problem as there were manyrestaurants in easy walking distance from the hotel front door. A goodbase to explore the area that has many interesting historical buildingsand natural countryside to enjoy by foot or by hiring a bicycle fromthe hotel.
