Review 1：Wifi could be improved in different parts of the hotel.

Review 2：Very good hotel. Plenty of facilities, with an excellent breakfest (I do not believe this can be beaten anywhere). Excellent view from the top floor. Hotel should make the top floor more accessible as this is one of the best under used parts with fantastic views.

Review 3：front porch being renovated and really noisy work happening. Bar not open and other bar overly busy. Place looks tired now. Had to pay €126 more than I paid on Booking.com

Review 4：I had been there before and love the location and the 'old' style of the hotel. Breakfast buffet lovely and staff friendly even with English speakers.

Review 5：The hotel has unattractive elevations and internally is now in urgent need of modernisation and refurbishment. The restaurant needs to serve dishes of higher quality and to include local fare of which there is an abundance i.e. venison

Review 6：Most of the staff are very good and welcoming. The inside pool is excellent.

Review 7：Waiting staff at breakfast is not very attentive, bordering with being rude, especially if one doesn't speak German. Stayed there a couple of times and experienced the same issue every time. Beds and pillows are not very comfortable.

Review 9：I don't like soft pillows and when I asked for firm ones they didn't have any. But that's it really. Restaurant is a little too expensive but its nice and lots of good options.

Review 10：The location is really spot on if you are interested in activities. Right next to the mountains for walks and mountain bikes rides both MTB or hard core downhillers! Very good facilities within the hotels itself including spa treatments which are excellent and not too expensive. We would definitely come back again.

Review 11：I booked through booking.com and was told a set price, upon paying at the hotel it was a lot more than originally planned. Be careful around the pool area as it is very slippy, I fell and badly bruised.

Review 18：Bathroom in our room was in need of refurbishment. Although breakfast is excellent the standard of cooking and the menu for dinner are below the standards required for a four star hotel. This has been our experience on previous visits.

Review 20：The personal at the reception looked unhappy and were quite unfriendly. They need to learn to smile and welcome the guests better. After all the guests are paying to stay there, they must make more efforts to keep them comfortable.

Review 22：Hotel has not been renovated in years (perhaps since it opened 40 years ago) and it shows. The carpets in the room were full of holes and dirty, so too the curtains and couch and other furniture, beds that are too soft, and an old, small television. No elevator access to the wing where our room was. The Hotel with it's 10 floors is an eye-sore in the green surroundings.

The indoor pool is open daily from 06:00 until 22:00.If you are travelling with children, please let the hotel know in advance how old the children are, so that the hotel can prepare the correct bedding.Please note that only set meals will be available until 30 December 2015. The restaurant will be closed on 31 December 2015.
