Review 1：well we got lucky but parking is a little bit luck for a place on the streets but that's not the hotels fault

Review 2：the family ran kitchen and food was excellent all home made and they were very helpful

Review 3：If you stay in one of the rooms near to the elevator , you may hear a little bit noise when there is other customer in the same floor using the elevator .

Review 7：- Next to the arena, so kinda loud during events (we stayed during the weekend). - The bed was a little too hard for my taste. - A bug had somehow gotten into the room, but we isolated it with the curtains.

Review 9：The night staff was rude and unfriendly, not smiling at all. Didn't give any info, just bluntly handed the room key. This is something I also have experience in the NH Stuttgart Airport with the night staff, very uninterested and rude. There seems to be mismanagement in place because I frequently visit other NH Hotels in Europe and have never been so disappointed.

Review 11：We received a quote from the hotel for a taxi back to the airport of 65 euros and was charged 90 euros and the driver made out he could not understand even though the hotel staff had written the price down on their headed paper. Very disappointed

Review 12：We enjoyed everything about our stay . It is a modern fresh clean hotel with very friendly staff . The breakfast had great choice and was delicious The hotel is in walking distance to beautiful palaces and restaurants .

Review 13：Unfortunately the in-room Air Conditioning was set too hot for us and there was no way to adjust temperature (the hotel staff told us it was a German requirement to set temperature ths high?!) but when windows were opened for air cooling instead it was too noisy to sleep.

Review 20：Great hotel! We were impressed by the facilities, awesome breakfast, easy access to downtown Stuttgart, and rooms were very up-to-date with fixtures. For a 3-star it was better than expected overall. We will use this hotel again in the future. You can't go wrong if you want a reasonable place to stay with easy access to trains.

Review 28：Super convenient located in front of a station. Although next to a big event hall, there was no event during our stay, very quite. Staffs are all friendly and helping. What was especially great wad they spoke English! I was so relieved when I had smooth conversation with them as most of Germans I met in Ludwigsburg did not understand English very well or even at all.

Review 31：There was a peculiar smell from a nearby factory (it disappeared on the weekend). Breakfast seemed very expensive so we went to a nearby bakery instead.

Review 33：Everything had a price associated with it. Local phone calls, breakfast, etc. could not bring myself to pay 26 Euros for breakfast. Our room over looked a main thoroughfare, sleeping with windows open because it was warm, gave us a short nights sleep - late traffic noises and then early traffic noises. Although close to Bahnhof, we found other places to far to easily walk.

Review 37：The system to parking the car (with a double system of machines and only one ticket) is a bit complicated. The car in the ramp while the barrier is opened is not a very good idea. My car skidded on the ramp. But it is a very good idea to avoid that another people (no guest of the hotel) try to park on it.

Review 38：The parking house is big. No problem to parking. Comfortable bed and room with a good size. Good assortment of products in breakfast. Located in a quiet, no noise. Ideal for a very good rest (although is behind the Ludwigsburg Arena, where the Basketball Team of Ludwigsburg plays).

Review 100：Breakfast a bit expensive (17€ Oh,my God!). The pilows are too soft and after a couple of days, I had a neck pain. The shower was nice but a bit complicated to get the water at the right temperature (in a couple of seconds from 16° to over 45°)

Review 104：Due to the fact that there are two caffes in front of the windows isverrry noisy , we were there for two nights and the parties were goingon on the street in front of our third floor window until 6 o'clockin the morning . We changed the room for the second night for a smallroom with windows at an inside patio so we slept for the second night .

Review 105：The location is great , right in the center of t he town . Parkingposibilities close by for 9 € per day but be aware which garage youchoose ! We paid 30 € for over night at rewe shopping mall ! Breakfastwas great .

Luckily, the guy in the reception during the last night saved the day by getting an emergency taxi somehow. A big thank you to him, and a big same on you to the lady at the reception the evening before!

Review 108：The worst quality internet connection I've seen in any hotel.I've spent 5 days there and all this time it was barely usable -some problems were stupid policy, others seemed like very poor setup.The beds are not comfortable - split in the middle and on wheels so they keep sliding apart (even though we asked for a double bed). Junior staff - not very knowledgable.

Local transportation is readily available to visit/shop the city of Stuttgart. Even though the hotel is located close to the train station is was still very quiet, one could barely hear the traffic (even though it was in summer with 25 plus temperatures. Would book there again.

Review 115：The internet connection is absolutely ridiculus, 28KB/s even after paying the extra 9 euro. A hotel that pretends to be business but of the business hotel has only the high prices (6 euros for a bottle of water at the bar). No meeting rooms available and internet connection absolutely inadequate. NH chain cancelled from the hotel list of my Company.

Review 118：This hotel is fantastic. Not sure how old it is, but it can't be more than a couple of years as it feels brand new. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern and very clean. Above all, I couldn't believe what a bargain it was!! A fantastic deal. This felt to me more like a 4-star hotel and was a noticeable improvement over the other 3-star we stayed at on our trip. Would definitely come back.
