Review 1：Wifi was advertised as being available but we couldn't connect!!

Review 2：We stayed in one of the apartments, it was very clean, spacious and just a great experience. Only a 2-4 min walk in to the centre of Braunlage where there is a plethora of restaurants and cafes with friendly staff. All in all a very nice stay

Review 3：What got off to a bad start. We had arranged a late check in as we had along drive from the North of England via the Ferry to Dunkirk. When wegot to the hotel, the keys to the Apartment were left on Reception withindecipherable instructions to the property in handwriting on a slip ofpaper. The matter was resolved but it took about an hour. Sat Navdirections to the Apartment would have helped. Once settled in it wasexcellent and I couldn't praise the accommodation too highly. Ownerspoke English and couldn't have been more friendly. Thank you - wewish we could have stayed a few more days at the Hotel Harzidyll

Review 5：Car park for only 5 cars and then you get somebody who parks over 2 spots, so had to park car far away!

Review 12：Bathroom is way too small, reception closes at 17:30 and than you can speak with the staff via the door interphone which means you have to go outside. Depending on the room, you can here every single noise that your neighbour makes in the bathroom.

Review 14：This is a delightful hotel set in a beautiful area. It is within easywalking distance of the centre of town and all it's amenities. The hotelitself is quiet and offers a good breakfast to set you up for the day.They also provide tea/coffee and cake in the afternoons for you to helpyourself when you've had a good walk. We had a family room which waswell thought out. There is ample room to hang coats and leave walkingboots without having to have them in the room itself. The children'sroom is off the main bedroom so it gives you more space to relax. Thestaff are friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommendthis hotel.
