Review 2：The quaintness and personal touches of Andrea the owner.How she put herself out to rearrange things for us to stay another 4 nights when we were stranded due to flight cancellation,helping arrange new flights,taxis-printing off boarding passes; plus booking on the Internet a day's travel ticket-rail/bus.Accomodating our every need.

Review 3：The key fob was a little tricky to operate, but Andrea was very patient in giving repeat instructions.

Review 4：The location was fantastic. There was a festival going on in the Altstadt, but the music was never too noisy to interfere with sleeping. Andrea's instructions for getting to the hotel from the train station and how to visit Trausnitz Castle without exhaustion were excellent.

Review 6：This is a very well presented hotel with generous rooms, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The service here was exceptional, they went above and beyond to cater for all our needs. Service, advise and help are second to none. My wife suffers from Asthma and this hotel was certainly an excellent choice for us. The location is right in the heart of everything you need to see and do in Landshut. We spent a total of two weeks there, it is lovely and safe. We will certainly stay here for all of our future trips to Landshut. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for both long or short stays.
