Review 1：We had some issues with FINDING the WiFi network - it was not visible in the 2nd floor. But connecting in the lobby did the trick and allowed continued high-speed Internet thereafter, also back in the second floor. Must have been a wrong setting in the access point...?

Review 2：Awesome breakfast - the bacon scrambled eggs are the best. Great assortment of German breakfast items, not to mention REAL rolls (Brötchen), crispy and freshly baked... And try the hot chocolate, made with MILK not water.

Review 3：Despite for requesting a non-smoking room, when we arrived late at night we were unpleasantly surprised that one of our rooms was for smokers and it was too late to do anything. The wifi is there, unfortunately not strong enough in all the rooms. And yes, a light sleeper might struggle because of the nearby airport.

Review 20：The staff was rude. At first, the woman seemed helpful. At check-in, she took my information to arrange for a taxi in the morning. There was no one at the hotel desk overnight so I would need to leave my key and wait out on the street for the cab. Well, at 5:30 the next morning, I left my key, went outside to wait for the cab, and it never showed up. I was locked out of the hotel with no telephone. It ruined my trip. I had no idea how to get to the airport. NEVER stay where there isn't a 24-hour clerk. Also, the WiFi was free to guests. She gave me the password on the telephone. It wouldn't work on either of my devices. I called down and asked and she said it must be a problem with my devices since I was American. I went downstairs and the man was simply rude about it. He said all of his other guests were fine. I had written the password down and asked him to look at it. He said it was correct. I went up and tried again and it still wouldn't work. So, I came down to talk to the woman again and she suggested I try talking to the restaurant owner because she has better English. The password was simply missing an "s" at the end. The hotel could have taken one second and figured that out. VERY POOR SERVICE.
