Review 1：The staff at the reception should try to treat there clients equally. I felt I was in a hotel from the time of the iron curtain. Several years being in the European Union , has changed very little in there mentality.

Review 3：This is not a four star hotel. Decent 3 star would be the right score for it. Very poor breakfast. During our stay the kitchen staff was nearly useless. Very nice people but amateur service.

Review 10：Our reservation was for four people. We get to our room and their are no sheets for the two people sleeping on couch. We go ask front desk and they tell us no sheets you have to wait until tomorrow!

Review 11：Breakfast wasn't that great. Staff doesn't speak good English and when my friend asked for extra sheets for his guest the hotel staff got stressed out and told him he would get them the following day.

We barely got an apology from the staff and theywouldn't give us (even half) our money back for the nights wecouldn't stay there, because it was that bad.

Smoking smell all around in the lobby, does not give impression of best western standard. Single wooden made, none moveable beds provided, highly uncomfortable. Asked staff to change it to double bed, but they were unable as the WHOLE hotel was booked on that day!! Disappointed.

Review 72：The public areas of the hotel were smoke-filled upon our arrival and there was still the nasty smell of the the smoke from the night before when we came to breakfast. The hotel is a former workers' dormitory built in the late 1970s or early 1980s and has the charm of a workers' dormitory of that era. The lighting in the room was woefully inadequate. There were ample coat-hangers for a one-night's stay, but they were of such bad quality that even two of the together could not support the weight of a standard winter coat. The breakfast was dismal.
