Review 1：Breakfast was awful, even the bread wasn't tasty. Lady who came to clean the room only opened curtains, she didn't even make the bed, these two things was really dissapointing, because everything else was great!

Review 11：Breakfest was ok, though the restaurant where it was served (under ground, some sort of basement..) was really depressing. Spa didn't seem too hygienic because people would spend hours in there without taking shower when entering nor when coming out of saunas. They just went straight to pools. Would've wanted personnel to take care of the situation more.

Review 22：Parking is bad (Read: there is no parking provided by the property) andthere is no instructions on the homepage. Find parking elsewhere andthen haul your luggage to the hotel. Breakfast sortiment was poor and by9 am they were out of a lot of things already. For this price we had oldragged towels and the towels at the spa were grey instead of white. Tosum up: for the price I paid I was very disappointed in the property.

Review 31：Superior design - very beautiful and harmonious, and it seems that every thing decoratedd with roses in this hotel. Great number of SPA procedures and different saunas, which allow you to relax before or after the day at Saaramaa. Hotel located in very center near the square and there is a big parking across the road. Breakfast was delicious. Номера выглядят шикарно и стильно, и кажется, что каждая вещь украшена розами. Большой выбор процедур и довольно большое количество разных саун не позволило заскучать в СПА центре. Также отель отлично расположен в самом центре у площади, а через дорогу от него имеется большая парковка. Ну и завтраки были просто великолепны.

Review 32：The room was comfortable and clean if a little too warm for the time of year. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food and drink (sparkling wine included!). We ate one evening in the Rose Restaurant which was good value for money. The hotel facilities were also very good. My partner enjoyed the pool and sauna and also found her massage relaxing even though the masseuse spoke very little English. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit this part of Estonia.

Review 53：- You need luck in terms of what room you get. Our first room was very nice but we could not stay because of the chimney smoke filling the room and the air condition did not work to take it away (and even if it had it was louder than a kitchen fan at maximum effect to use it). We got a horribly small room at the same rate which did not seem acceptable and they finally gave us the suite which was nice. - A warning for a room on the ground floor because of the heat. It's warmer in some parts of the hotels than in the spa area close to the saunas. - Where we were horribly overcharged because of a "New Years Package" that we did not know we had until it was time to settle the bill. We should have checked of course when we got the very first booking confirmation in October but as I have never had any surprises in my hotel bookings via Booking.com what so ever I forgot to check the details. The rate I got when I booked has always been what I paid in the end, but not here. After agreements of a refund we paid "only" 300 EUR extra for two plates of buffé food, two pieces dessert cake and two glasses of wine on New Years Eve that we thought were included in our stay since they kept saying so. I have never complained about a hotel stay in my entire life and I should have checked the confirmation very carefully of course, still it does not seem fair that we had to pay almost 300 EUR more for something we did not want and were not aware of. - The rooms we stayed in had poor sound isolation. - Christmas music mixed with some 1980s ballads everywhere morning, noon and night; in the restaurant and in all saunas. Not very relaxing if that's what you are there for. Also the treatments rooms are very poorly isolated and if you are unlucky you get a treatment room next to the pool area. Ear plugs helped.

Review 54：Good food and breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. Good quality on treatments and the staff who do the treatments are very nice and professional although there are some limitations for verbal communication. Most of the young members of staff do their best to support the daily running of the hotel and spa center.

Review 55：Only problem was the bathroom. We stayed in room 214 and every time you showered thr whole bathroom floor was flooded. It took hours for it to dry, so that was annoying. But apart from that a really nice stay
