Review 7：We stopped here for only a night over on our travel along the A2. What we liked the most was the well-trained and well-mannered personnel but acting with a very natural and friendly flair. The general atmosphere of this hotel is very relaxing, room size is good and halls,rooms and lounge sitting corners are nicely decorated. The wellness area is cosy and comfortable and is open until 11PM.

Review 8：This hotel is perfectly placed just out side the town of Bielefeld with in easy walking distance to catch tram into the centre of town. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, the style and decor of the hotel is modern clean and classy. The lounge area is quite exquisite. The dinning experience and high quality of the food is fantastic. Finally a place where paying the bill is a pleasure.

Review 15：There are a few things that I expect from a 4 star hotel that this one did not have. For instance, there was no safe in the room. No appliance for making coffee or tea in the room. In the bathroom there is only hand soap and a bottle of shampoo (no shower cap, body lotion, ...). Breakfast was good but I expected better (since it is 4 star).

Review 16：The building itself is quite nice and there is a very nice innen yard and beautiful rooms for parties and receptions. There are dressing gowns and a complimentary bottle of fizzy water in the room.

The Easter Bunnies outside the hotel room were a very pleasant surprise together with the easter eggs nestling in the serviettes at breakfast, made our visit (although it was for only one night) memorable.
