Review 1：No Parking. Will have to look for parking while there is a Marriott hotel right next that has free parking.

Review 2：Was clean and affordable, included breakfast buffet which is ok.

Review 3：the room facing the street was very noisy. At midnight the staff of the Restaurant located at the ground floor of the hotel moved the rubbish containers along the street so that everybody must waked up. The windows are not sound proof. I had requested a silent room but I got that noisy one.

Review 8：The location is perfect, in the very center of Potsdam, near Brandenburger Tor, and with my reservation from booking.com I had a free transportation pass included, which makes it very convenient for visiting even the more remote sites of cultural or historical importance. One entrance to Park Sanssouci is at no more than perhaps a two-minute walk from the hotel. The room (I had booked single, but I think it was actually a double for single use) was very comfortable, and breakfast excellent, with extremely wide choices of ham & salami, smoked salmon, cheeses, yogurt, cereals, multi-cereal breads, fruit salads, some fresh vegetables, pickles, as well as a selection of warm foods. It is sure to give you an excellent start for the day. The staff (both at the reception and in the breakfast room) was very professional and friendly. At the price of 75 euros/night that I got with my offer, it was excellent value for money.

Review 28：Despite car troubles because of which we arrived very late at night, the reception was still open at 4 in the morning and all help was offered to check in, park the replacement car and help us relax after a very tiresome day. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, highly efficient as well, also at breakfast which in itself was plentiful and with a lot of choices. Checkout was smooth and without any troubles or delays. An excellent place to stay right in the center of Potsdam, worth every cent and I will definitely come back here again ! Highly recommended.

Review 35：Very nice breakfast buffet. Clean and spaceous room. I appreciated the personal touch: a flower on the table, the name of the cleaning lady on a card, ... It's on the Luisenplatz so no busy trafic in front of the hotel yet still close to public transport.

Review 36：We stayed during one of the hottest days of the summer. Our room had a great view but, with the windows open, was extremely loud from noise of the street, market, and adjacent restaurants. This older hotel didn't have air conditioning in all the rooms. Our en suite shower and toilet was functional and clean but dated with very plain toiletries bolted to the sink and shower areas like you'd find in a gym. The Wi-Fi access was spotty in our room but worked well in the breakfast area.

Review 37：We traveled in from Berlin by train for a weekend. The location was ideal for access to the palace gardens, the Dutch Quarter, and tram and bus links. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They let us book their rental bikes for two days for the price of one day and keep our luggage at the reception desk. The hotel overall is a charming property. Our room had a cute little tiled balcony with a nice view of the Luisenplatz and Brandenburg Gate. The breakfast area was well-lit and set with elegant china, the breakfast spread was delicious, and we were immediately greeted with fresh hot coffee by a friendly staff member.
