Review 2：Close to Bahnhoff ,5-8 minutes to xmas markets in city centre and comfortable bed,good shower,heated bathroom& bedroom,all you really need!

Room very basic, no kettle orany luxury items, extension lead on the floor for plugging stuff in,disposable cups in bathroom locked in dispenser..who steals disposablecups? Carpet grubby, just not worth the money..management sticking thearm in as Hannover was so busy

Review 10：Fast and free WIFI, adeqaute room with all necessary fascilities and very friendly helpful people. Hotel is in the middle of town, close to railwaystation and metro. Very convenient.

Review 11：The carpet wasnt clean still nuts and shopping bags on the floor from the previous guest. The carpet was also from an insurrance company, the name was all over it. A bit strange in a hotel.There where long black hairs on the bed while we are both blond.

Review 13：The room we requested was a nonsmoking room but it reeked of old cigarette smoke, something you just can't get out. In the hallway they tried to cover it up with a ton of plug in air fresheners, but once you walked in the room there was no doubt the smell was cigarettes. It was disappointing requesting a nonsmoking room and still having to smell cigarettes especially since you smell it all day walking through the city. The view isn't great no matter what room you stay in at this hotel. But overall I wouldn't recommend staying for more than a night. I don't think I would stay here again.

Review 16：This is the worst hotel I've stayed at all categories. The room was extremely dirty. A hole in the door was repaired with tape and the electrical outlet was broken with live wires touchable. And everything was so dirty.

Review 29：I would have liked more electrical sockets in the room. It had one next to the table, great for my laptop, but the other one was next to the door, and it had none next to the other bedside table, so it was difficult charging my cell phone. Other than that, the room was nice for the price, if only a bit old.

Review 30：The hotel was old but comfortable, and it was very handy having a small fridge in the room, as well as Wi-Fi access. It is very close to the Steintor station and the Kropcke commercial area, so it's very easy to move around the city, and the Central Station is only a few minutes away on foot or a couple minutes on train.

Review 31：Rooms should have a telephone to reach the receptions whenever necessary. I did not have a mobile phone and was not able to contact anybody from the room after I arrived. I arrived late and had questions once in the room, but the receptionist had locked up the doors and I could not make a phone call. I had not been given the password for the WiFi access. That should be done at the time of check-in. Other than this I did not have any issues and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Review 33：There was no member of staff at night in the building : I find that extremely dangerous because in case of fire nobody is in charge to call the firemen. It might be that everybody in the building is a foreigner and does not know whom to call.

Review 97：Hotel was in a quiet location not far from the city centre and central for all shopping and eateries. It was easy to travel around on the transport networks, we also found people on contact were very helpful and friendly.

Review 98：Not at all suitable for business travelers. The WIFI went out on my first night and I told them the next morning. "oh it works, it works!" was the response, but only in the lobby. 12 hours later I return and it still doesn't work in the rooms....and the lobby was locked from 10pm. So in order to work, I had to sit on the staircase next to the lobby door (at night!) to send emails. The following morning when I checked out it still wasn't fixed.

Review 101：We've been told that the breakfast is from 7 till 10am, i went at 7:30 and were there 6 people waiting on the front door, we all waited till 8:15, nobody at the reception and the breakfast area closed. So we all left to the town to find a coffee shop. Disrespectful.

Review 108：this is a hotel that is situated in the middle of a street where there´s a lot of whores working at night, something that became clear to us when we first arrived. The rooms were dirty with a lot of dust and staines on the wall to wall blanket. The beds appeared to be clean, but all over, not a good vibe in the room. Spider in the roof etc. We got woken up by roomservice two times at nine in the morning with questions about wiether we were staying or leaving..
