Review 1：We were redirected to Hotel Meri instead hotel Ryytli without our acceptance or explanation, we paid the price for hotel ryytli not hotel meri even if we didnt stay in ryytli.

Review 30：We stayed the first time at Rüütli about 2 years ago and the hotel was than in a better shape than it is today. Its still a nice hotel, even it needs urgent refreshing, maybe at some points even renovation. The rooms are acceptable but need better cleaning; especially the bathroom, corners and floor need more attention. You can see the hotel is missing the needed investments to keep it a modern 4* Spa. The breakfast buffet is large and with lots of variations and corresponds with normal expectations. The Staff is nice and helpful. The hotel can still be recommended if your expectations are more 3* and you don’t mind too much the rather “basic” cleaning of room and bathroom. Special the (free) Spa – swimming pool is a nice extra.

Review 31：Didnt like the pool area, it was cold there. Jakuzzi is not hot too, its was warm, but not enough for little children. It has big pool(cold). Only one sauna and it was in wardrobe.No bathrobe in the rooms, no even shampoo and conditioner.

Review 32：Very nice location, our room windows was opposite the Saaremaa castle, very nice view. Very good playground for children, many possibilities to spend free time in hotel-table tennis, new gym, pool, billiard,private sauna(only 20usd in hour for 10 people), nice bar area, in evening its very nice to spend time in lounge zone with very soft leather sofas, big TV and subdued light(only candles on the table). Good breakfast.

Review 45：I do not know why the hotel calls itself 4 star hotel.The spa has only few chairs, from which the biggest part is as broken as they were a year ago when we stayed there previous time. The rooms were almost clean, but without toiletries in the room - take your own shampoos and so on. the "spa" is very old and somewhere you can even see the damaged metal constructions. the jakuzzi water stinks. just one sauna in the warderobe, seperate for men and women. breakfast was very bad and poor, the selection was very poor. do not eat in the hotel restaurant - we tried to have a dinner - one meal costs 15 eur, but is almost not eatable... i will never stay there again

Take this and thesmooth location and you have all ingredients for a perfect stay. Goodvalue, a hotel we surely can recommend.

I always like to have a small fridge in the room to keep foodand drinks cold during the stay, so I missed the fridge in our room. Thehotel is not a typical SPA-hotel but it has a great swimmingpool. If youare expecting the ultimate SPA-experience Kuressaare has betteralternatives, but then the price is higher. If you like soft beds youwill have a good night's sleep. I think the beds are a little too soft.

Review 51：I was a bit worried about staying at this hotel after reading some ofthe negative reviews of the hotel, however, I must say that this hotelis the best value for money that I have stayed at for a very long time,and I have around 100 nights/year at hotels around Europe. Those havingsaid something like "don't stay at this hotel" in the reviews can't havebeen staying at really bad hotels. Spa Hotel Rüütli is a low pricednormal standard hotel which gives you a nice hotel experience. The hotelhas the perfect location, the staff is superb, the room was big and alsohad a balcony and the breakfast was nice (as long as you stay away fromthe porridge) and had both warm and cold food. The hotel has a largeswimmingpool.
