Review 1：The hairdryer was broken, aswell as the shower nozzle. The hotel was unmanned most of the time except from breakfast until 12.00. The beds where only maid for 2, even tho we booked a 3 bed room. We had to use the extra cover from the closet.
Review 2：It was cheap and they offerd us lunchpacks when we had to leave early and missed the breakfast. The girl in the reception was nice the short time she was there.
Review 3：The hotel is in Huston not Arnsberg. The hotel was locked when we arrived in the afternoon. We had to use a lockbox to get our room key, we weren't expecting this and we hadn't been given a code. The restaurant wasn't open in the evening, and we didn't see any members for staff until the following morning. The room was dark and dingy and in need of redecoration, the carpet was dirty. I haven't seen a TV as old for years and the remote was held together with tape. The fridge didn't work. Breakfast was minimal, there certainly wasn't a healthy option as advertised. The hotel description and photographs on Booking.com bear no relation to the place as we found it. In my opinion it is grossly overpriced.

Review 5：No reception no staff no bar no mini bar not in Arnsberg and all ofThese things are stated on the description. We did not stay as it wasnot what we booked for and the room was very smelly. The rooms where oldand not like the Pictures and our bed was falling apart. This hotl isgrossly over priced.
Review 6：Only downside was it was by a noisy road, but it's not a big deal (mostly due to we had a room on that particular side)
